Been goin to interviews like a part-time job. Clock in at 8A, clock out at 12p. So far I noticed these things:
1. There is no fineass interviewer in HR. They either fat, ugly, old, stank, or a dude.
2. I think some companies call in minorities so they can meet their quota... I aint bullshitin... had 3 already where they told me about the job then said we will call you after we interview everybody else. Bitch! Lucky, I didnt find where they parked.
3. People lie. When you say you gonna holla back... holla back! Job starts Monday, and dumb bitch from HR havent gotten back to me yet to take the drug test. I need a smoke, but have to be clean until I can pass just 1 drug test.
4. Being early/late. Some companies are anal about this. I show up early... "wow, you're real early... sorry can u please wait", end up waiting past my set appointment. I show up late (once)... "ooh, you're late... caught up in traffic... sorry mr. smith left already, he will call u back..." No call back, hoe.
