Maybe it was Downtown Shotcallers?
that albu scheduled to drop on Tombstone Records. There was two dudes - one deceased (now) CEO of Tombstone Records and other cant think off his name now. but i know that they pressed cdz right before his death so maybe theres some bootlegs in the world

never even know that it was more than an idea but you close to them great u know some cds were pressed

but this downtown killa stuff must be something different i heard some songs
cant be elton wicker rappin
and one time they say "jackson mississippi" and "2000" so cant be cause tombstone ceo died 96
guess its some mississippi rap but didnt find any info
