I see it both ways, he could have defended himself and knocked dude out or he could have done what he done. He took the easy and most safe way out so that he doesn't get in trouble or cause any distractions.

haha right.if hester got hit and then turned around a swung on dude wouldnt that be considered self defense? its in a casino with cameras all around they could of easily verfied that he was standing there and was assaulted first and he was defending himself...the last time i checked thats not illegal to do

self defense laws in some places are ridiculous. you have to be running away covering yourself to be considered self defense.

There is a lot of good posts in this thread.

This is really simple. Hester had 3 options

1) Walk away and let the guy get away with no repercussions
2) Fight the guy and risk getting in trouble and losing hundreds of thousands of dollars and probably wind up in more trouble then guy who originally slapped him
3) Tell the casino security

Which option would you choose given the 3? The answers easy for me.


And to reiterate, snitching is when you tell on someone to get a lighter sentence for yourself; particularly someone you did dirt with.

uhh so if somebody in the streets punched you in the face,you turn around and run away and call the cops on dude,not handling the fade yourself,(in general not specifically hester)you have not snitched on him??
