What's going on with Dan Johnson the A's first basemen? This guy had a great rookie year but now he is off to a bad start. Batting .029 and is 1 for 35 on the season. Man they need to send his ass back to triple A.

yeah, and he was like 0 for 26 before he got a hit...kinda like charles thomas last year...but i guess pitchers have just found that he cant really hit inside pitches...hes usually patient but he hasnt been able to hit outside, so that sides weak for him. he'll come around though, hes a good player

He's trying to pull everything. He did that last year but then started going the other way... He needs to do it again...

Maybe they should send him up and call up Charles Thomas... Swisher could play full-time 1B... Thomas is hitting like .350 in the minors right now.
