I grew up all over this bitch, so I am an expert of the Bay Area.

I went to grammer school and middle school in Oakland

I went to High School in Alameda, Berkeley, San Francisco and Vallejo

I've worked in Fairfield, Oakland, San Francisco, Hayward, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Concord, Richmond, Menlo Park et...

IMO the best place to live in the bay area with a medium income is CONCORD

1 Bedroom Apt $800

3 Bedroom house $1700

Nice ass suburb, has some ghetto fools too but not many.

cheapest i would say Vallejo hands down 1 bed apartments for 650 to 800

2 bed houses from 800 to 1300

not saying there in the best neighborhoods but if you practice your 2nd amendment you will be ok.

check out the property managements websites for locations and prices .

not the nicest, but a cool cheap place to lay your head down. thats why we are the biggest "Bed room" community in the Bay. Everyone works out side the city
