Connecting to EFNet via Mirc (np)

I know this isn't really production related, but I thought this would be the best place to ask.

I've been having problems connecting to EFNet through Mirc. It's unable to resolve the host. I downloaded the newest version, since I thought, maybe the one I had was out of date, and still no luck. I'm connected to the internet with a cable modem through at&t broadband. Could it be something with AT&T? Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I can connect to other smaller servers that suck, I just have trouble with the big ones, like EFNet, Dalnet, etc...

jr, i always have the best luck connecting to a random dalnet or random efnet channel. dalnet was down for a couple months, i heard it was back up but i havent tried.
