Don't mind the header, just wanted you to open this thread. As a designer, like many on this forum, finding hi-res /affordable stock photos are challenging when trying to knock out kick ass jobs. On sites like these you pay anywhere from $1 to $3 for professional images that you buy once and can use as many times over as you want. In fact, charge a client a little more for photos and make profit. Check them out:

Yes, you're right...I've checked them out,however, their selection isn't as strong ( just type: "house" and check out the results) and the last thing I want to do while against the clock is hunt down some photographer in europe.

I personally use the first two sites occasianally...however the majority of photos I use are from a pay site. However, I hack the site to retrieve the hi-res photos.

ive been wanting to do that for getty images for a long time now...hit me on the pm if you know how...

I mainly take my own photos for different projects, but in the past i used Getty Images - i will check out those other sites... $1-$3 is a good investment for a project that you will be making much more on...

I'd like to see some of the photographers on this site start a thread with royalty free images in hi-res for designers to use
