Chopping a DJ mix into separate tracks?

So I've got a full length 76 minute DJ Mix I made. I want to chop it into tracks for people so they can skip around easier. On my last mix I was using Adobe Audition and put markers everywhere I wanted a track change. But I then had to copy and paste every track into a new file and save it which was very time consuming. There must be an easier way and I am willing to bet some of you here know it. Thanks!

What I do is bring the one long wav file into Soundforge and chop it there

Thanks Mark! I loaded it up in Sound Forge and it had all the markers already in it that I had put in on Audition. I just made them all into regions and extracted the regions and was done. That was exactly what I was looking for, good shit.
