Can someone make me a logo for my beatmaking name??

My beatmaking name is Sickeyes. Can someone get some devil dark evil looking eyes and have Sickeyes productions or beats written on it.
But the colors have to be Blue and Black.
Eyes should kinda look like this picture here

Would i get sued if i use this picture as my logo??
