Bricks - Grant Rice Question....

I just have a simple question that will probably seem stupid to some of you, which Im sure I'll read all about it.

Is the song "Bricks" a diss track to Tech? J

ust curious cuz of the "Big Bad Wolf" track. Its confusing (to me) cuz I could swear thats Tech's voice on that track saying "You aint takin out shit" during the hook.
