probably 17 reasons or Romp 1. or maybe even Heated Speeches..cuz i knew hella folx who came up on that comp.

Wicked: According to the RIAA (those who certify albums), Mean Green only went GOLD along with West Coast Bay Boyz 2, tying them up for the only two compilations (not soundtracks) to go GOLD.

Mean Green also came out on September of 1998 so that doesn't qualify it for this post.
