BEST DOWNLOAD PROGRAM?

i just got a new laptop and i need a good program to download music with. what is the best one out there these days? thanx in advance peoples.

Ive tried Kazaa(to many virusus, and spyware, dont ever ever use this program, had to reinstall windows cause of kazaa), theirs kazaa lite...its ok, theirs ares, not to good, thiers MIRC, Its a good program, but very hard to use, and then theirs what i have, Limewire, ive tried all of the above except MIRC, and limewire is byfar the best, alota downloads, no virusus,(at least i havent gotten any yet) theirs no spyware, and it tells you if the file your downloading is fucked up in advanced...its a good program..heres the link.. http://www.limewire.com/english/content/downloadfree.shtml , just click on windows or mac or what ever you have and download>>
