^^ Actually I think someone was shot and maybe killed over it (Quik and Eiht).. they had songs going back and forth at each other for a long time, and it was very well publicized.
The only reason I could see them excluding it from the dvd's is maybe the beef was too negative and they're trying to put it behind them. Don't know for sure...
