Now that Harbaugh is gone, i tend to believe this as well.

However, USC WILL be back...they dont even need to recruit. Kids just grow up USC fans as kids, and nearly all of the top prospects in the west are not only from Cali, bot SoCal specifically. Even WITH sanctions and limited scholarships, they already have a top 10 class as of RIGHT now, with some very big names still left for them to get. Greg Townsend is their latest get...5* DE, 5th ranked as his position.
