in the process of starting a new corporation.iam a Sole Proprietorship been trademarked since 2005. always used release forms since day 1, if u need the rest of the info u can get at me on a personal level. also have a manager aswell.

started off doin music back in 98,film since 05,now iam doing animation and motion. so in short iam a director,motion artist, music producer,writer, and animator... alot more business ventures will pop up thats in the works..i will soon be moving my company to Atlanta prolly summer 09 and will be based out there...now workin for represent the bay tv,worked for pass the mic hip hop tv.been doin work with musicpowers.com for like 2years off and on....things just been getting bigger and better. also alot of promotional work for hunid racks..also car magazine highway 77.

also will be movin into clothin,iam working on getting my wholesale lisence,and iam also in college for real estate,recording arts and electricity..



now about the hate shit,thats gon be there obviously...rather yal chose to belive the bs is on you, all i got is my balls and my word thats how i manage to make big connections thru this industry.

i would think that w/ you being the middle you would just go ahead and handle getting the man paid...no matter if you are no longer affiliated...just contact the group...get the bread...send it to the cat...

you were in the middle when the deal was done and you should feel obligated to be in the middle until its completed...

Exactly.
To be honest, I dont believe the whole middleman tale. Thats only a bailout attempt on his part. He presented the "opportunity," so therefore...he's responsible, not the imaginary group that he's trying to say.

yes.
it is one thing to be the one that post the request for the logo and put the contatc to the group and nuthing more then there is no resonsibility what i think.

but if you are the middle like its your contact mail and like it was said in this thread that he had people send him the logo and he handle the situation like it was his own shit then IMO there is a responsibility to be there to the end of the deal like you say Tosin.

I eaven think that he is responsible to pay to the graphic artist himself. any good businessman would do that in this situtaion, i know i would. then i would say fuck the group. sometimes its not all about money, sometimes its about losing/gaining credibility and its upp to each one to prioritize..

I did a few photo shoots for him as well as a couple album covers (not the best work he could have had, but he came to me to do the work). I got my 60% up front like I told him from the start. I felt that he would stick to his word, telling me that he'd have the final payment by the end of the week, so I went ahead and gave him the final artwork a week before he promised the payment (though I shouldn't have done that). This was in February. He's been bullshitting ever since. I'd just suggest not to fuck with dude at all.
