Anyone Know About MOD'ing an X-Box

I have a mod'ed X-Box (not a 360 the OG).

Last night it started flashing green and red and no longer works (won't even boot up).

I found that they call it "Christmas Lights", but I wasn't able to find a consistent opinion on the cause or solution to the problem.

Anyone know? Can you explain in stupid people terms if there is a way I can fix it?

^ Can he mod my XBOX? I never even got around to messin' with that Dreamcast. lol. I tried to d/l sum files, but just said fucckit.
