You prolly have to live out here to do it... its in Pittsburgh Pa. Its when our major rap/r&b station has their annual contest where you send in a 3:30-4minute song and they play 2 every Friday and people call in and vote for a winner. Then the winner goes up against next weeks song.

Last year brought some tight stuff. The people who have popular songs get a lot of airplay regularly sometimes.
