I'd be interested in some scans of these too. In fact, that's something I've been meaning to do, find someone on here with a decent scanner and some Strange CDs (or any CDs the Strange artists may have been featured on) in the hopes of getting some good scans (of not just covers). But the Tour CDs would be a nice start.

As for the Strange Noize Tour, that would be the Strictly Strange CD unless you're talking about Kutt and hed PE then I didnt know they had a tour cd for just kutty...
