Im talking about not doing any research and just freestyle with what you know and take the league. I did it before with a league with no money involved. An internet league for fun. It was my first time doing fantasy football and I won. Never has that happened before.

autodraft does good for me.. usually people who actually were there to draft and were bragging how they drafted the best team end up making me offers for my players later on.. its some funny shit

I usually just pick up a book on my way to the draft. I'm in 4 every year. I don't do online ones tho, all mine are at bars. I never really prepare but I kno all there is to kno about football, I usually have some steals in mind. This year I think Tony Homo is gonna flip out. I haven't won one in a while but I threepeated once. And auto draft is gay. How is that fun?

The first time I ever played was a Siccness league about 5 years ago. I winged it. Grabbed Manning, Steven Jackson, and Marvin Harrison. Went undefeated and won the championship.

Since then, I probably put like 100 hours of research into every draft I do and have never finished higher than 4th.

I will. I really dont give a shit. I only joined my buddies team becuase he has been depressed lately and I felt bad. In fact, i dont even think i will even draft. Just auto that shit, son.

Its all about NCAA anyways. I only give a shit about the Hawks and couldn't really care less about much else NFL wise. I dont even usually watch more than the Hawks on Sundays.

I won both my money leagues last year and printed out a rankings sheet right before the draft....Ive been playing fantasy since maybe 01-02 and never studied...Besides those two championships ive made it to the finals 2 other times....

As long as you pay attention to football you should be cool....I just need to know when the bye weeks are...

Everyone in the draft meets at a bar and there's a board on the wall and when its your pick you walk up to the board and write down the dude that you draft. There's a gang of food and everyone gets plastered and overeats.
Yes i did that a couple of times. I think they have Fantasy Packages at Hooters where they supply the Draft Board, Beer, Wings and Tiddies.

I heard they also do that at Dave N Busters. Fantasy Packages with food and drinks included. Not sure if alcohol is included. Maybe pitchers of beer most likely.

Yeah Hooters is doing that. In my league last year, most of us got together at my house and each had our laptop + the home pc. We had a bunch of beer and it was fun talking shit in person Haha.

Anyway, I always wing it and end up with good teams. Drafting a solid team is important, but making the big free agency pick ups is half the battle

I never over research at all.... I do small amounts of studying for rookies or NEW starters and what they predict to produce..... But thats it. Good QB Good RB Good WR and know how the points work for the league and rock it!

the ones I really pay attention to is the matchups. Studying the the weak defenses that superstars are going against but that shit takes a lot of time. If I was in a $200 buy in league, you best believe im gonna be a fucking stat geek for that league. Hell I probably wont even join any other leagues because Im going to concentrate on that one real hard.

I've only done it once, did a free one last year

I didn't research ahead of time... just looked at player rankings list while I was drafting

I'm gonna be in a money league this year,so maybe I'll do a little research, but I probably wn't

I usually do a printout of NFL.COM's top 100 for each position and research some rookies, this paid off last year because I got Arian Foster late in both my leagues also swooped up Malcolm Floyd

LOL. If someone picks up Mike Vick you got to draft Vince Young in the later rounds tho for a bench spot. Vick will go down sometime this season.
