Any diet suggestions????

So far so good. This is my snack before football practice. Tuna wrapped in lettuce, grapes and some fresh pineapple. I haven't stepped on a scale but feel 100x better already. Nothing to it but to do it....

I'm on the primal diet and I have never lost so much weight so fast and constantly.

I did the" whole30" program for 30 days and stuck with the primal diet after.

So I would start off with this if you are looking to loose weight fast.

P.S I don't count calories
I eat like a beast.
I eat lots of fats.
I haven't lost any muscle mass in fact I look and feel alot stronger now.

Deadlift 500lbs
Bench 315lbs
Squat 600lbs

and that is just for my set that is not my max.

I don't really do much cardio really and if I do its only 4 minutes of H.I.I.T
I only lift 3 times a week at an hour at a time max.
