It was written in the Los Angeles Times that in training camp Ward sparred 32 straight minutes non-stop throwing approx 600 punches while warding off and blocking most of the 500 punches thrown at him. 32 NON-STOP!

Unusual to say the least, but his conditioning must be superb. He is constantly studying films and working to improve. A real dedicated kid and should be a great force in the near future.
