FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Los Angeles, CA – Many artists have been touted as the “next big thing” or have promised to “change the game”, with very few succeeding at either. Well, times are changing and West Coast MC, A-Wax, and Southern Bred MC, Sincere Sosa are here to show you why with their joint project Pyrex Music.

A-Wax, a Bay Area underground mainstay, who has garnered praise from The Source and Murder Dog as well as appearances on GOLD selling albums from Baby Bash is back again. Joining him on this latest go round is Sincere Sosa, the New Orleans native who has co-written hits for R&B crooner Jon B. with Paul Wall and is also featured on C-Murder’s upcoming album on Asylum Records. The two have been causing quite a stir in the industry from A-Wax’s signing to Akon’s Konvict Muzik roster, and Sosa’s role as rap legend C-Murder’s protégé and as a TRU Records Recording artist.

It seems there couldn’t be a more different rap duo than A-Wax and Sincere Sosa but ever since the two met while “networking” in the streets they immediately clicked. The no-nonsense attitudes that they both share and their mutual passion for keeping gangster rap alive made them a natural fit. A-Wax’s laid back delivery and Sosa’s hard edged Southern Drawl makes for a good contrast and for even better music. “Pyrex Music is more than a mixtape, it’s a start of a movement”, says A-Wax. He goes on to say “Who can’t identify with Pyrex? I’m not necessarily saying my label Pie-Rx, but we are saying DOPE music…that Pyrex s**t. Cook it up in the Pyrex homie.” The welcome addition of Sincere Sosa to this project also brought along Sosa’s label owner and mentor C-Murder to host it, who is also featured on three songs. With C-Murder’s impending murder re-trial and his explosive new album coming in July, the hype surrounding this project is huge.

West Coast DJ sensations, Quantum and Maniakal, known as two of the hardest working DJ’s in the game, were invited to add their flavor to this highly-anticipated project and the result is nothing short of dope. No yelling over tracks or “DJ tags” in the middle of the songs, Pyrex Music is just 22 tracks of pure un-cut dope. Original music combined with some of the hottest, unheard industry tracks and remixes makes this CD a must have for any fan of good music. The line-up includes guest shots from the hottest in the game including Akon, Bun B, Sean Kingston, T-Pain, Bay Area mixtape king Balance, Krayzie Bone, New Jersey’s own Noose, and of course Konvict recording artists Ray Lavender and Gypsy Stokes plus many more!

Sincere Sosa, A-Wax, DJ Maniakal and DJ Quantum are available for press, interviews, appearances and performances. CD is AVAILABLE NOW FOR PRE-ORDER at WWW.URBANTUNES.NET and soon on all major websites and retailers. Please contact us for more information at: [email protected]. BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A-WAX “THE ALBUM” on SMC/FONTANA this FALL!!! A-WAX “KRIMINAL” on KONVICT in ’09!!!

Our publicist wrote that, we DEFINITELY didn't want it. It was corrected immediately before we ever sent it out. Thanks for the support everyone!

I meant unconditional thug kept being "its coming out on x" "its at the presses now" "its coming out next week!" "its coming out on blahblah" "its getting pressed up right now" over and over, it came out like 2 years after it was suppose to.
