The beats are chaned on allot of his shit cause they said they only do that when they can't get the rights to the original beat used in the song. that is what was said on the THA ROW.COM forum.

This stuff you hear are Pac verses with new updated Outlaw verses and crappy ass beats!

They're remixes of songs that aren't released, that's true, but you made it sound like they were rereleasing the same Pac vocals over and over again, which they have done a few times, but you made it sound like they were making whole albums by taking old albums Pac released and adding new beats... which they aren't.
