Was watching this yesterday after having not seen it for years.

Is this movie at the bottom of your list when it comes to Tarantino movies? or does it have some fans?

(Jackie Brown Soundtrack might be the best though)

My list, Jackie Brown is at the bottom. I still like the movie, but I like it less than the rest.

1: Pulp Fiction
2. Reservoir Dogs
3. The Hateful Eight
4. Kill Bill
5. Inglorious Basterds
6. Death Proof
7. Django Unchained
8. Jackie Brown

What's the gripe with Kill Bill? I watch those.
I'm not much of a movie buff. I have a hard time sitting down and watching an entire movie. I blame it on my ADD, but it's why I almost never goto the movies. I just thought the movie was kinda lame. Pulp Fiction was his best work imo. I watched The Hateful Eight, and it was painfully long. I fell asleep on my couch.

I'd put True Romance somewhere in a list and probably wouldn't include death proof, 1. I've never seen it, and 2. its gotta be only 45 minutes or something right?

Tony Scott made True Romance, Tarantino only wrote it. Death Proof is a full movie, almost 2 hours long.
okay. I'll check it out.

With True Romance, I get that, but The storyline makes the movie in my my mind so Tarantino's involvement in True Romance is central to it. It would've been solely his movie if he had the name and the money back then, but had to sell it.

I can't count it. Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, etc don't write their movies and you definitely couldn't call Schindler's List a movie by whoever wrote it.

Especially with True Romance, Tony Scott actually changed a lot of the screenplay around and completely changed the entire ending. Tarantino himself even praised Tony Scott's changes saying the movie wouldn't have even been the same if he went by the complete original script.

Tarantino even wrote Natural Born Killers, but Oliver Stone changed the script so much Tarantino didn't even get a writing credit, he only got a story by credit.

Some writers scripts just don't 100% click until the right Director gets a hold of them.

Im going to be in the minority, but i hate Rez Dogs....nothing about it is appealing to me. I actually get angry when its on.

Pulp Fiction is good, but not great. Again, my opinion.

I like Kill Bill....but seriously, could have been one fuckin movie.

Tarantino's infatuating with dialogue pisses me off, especially when it goes on and on and on...about goddamned NOTHING. Whats that movie with Kurt Russel as the driver? 80% of that movie is those idiots in the bar jaw jacking about LITERALLY nothing. Nothing. What plot?

I actually like his newer films far better than his older ones. Liked Django. IB was cool. Havent seen H8 yet.

You know what? Fuck Tarantino. I said it.
