no way. there was only a handful of dispensaries in so cal in 2004, while SF hosted more dispensaries than they did mcdonald's and starbucks. dispensaries didn't pop up on a mass scale in la city, sfv, oc, i.e., until like 2005. but when they really did start popping up, yes the valley had the most. i remember before things started to crack out here the owner of AHHS predicted it, saying frisco is huge in the game but it's only 7 miles by 7 miles in space, and that la was about to blow. we discussed this in 05.

ventura blvd is too vague of a clue. unless you say there was a spot called smokers heaven that i didn't know about. but i'm assuming that's just your nickname for that street. i have a friend who was doing it big on ventura back in 06 and before that la.

no one saw ur post, i seen his instagram and was wonderin if he's lyin bout his age when i noticed he was balding like that........i dont think it's possible to start losin hair at that age, so i asked him n he still hasnt addressed it
