so the real estate agent sent me an email saying the owner of the property wants this place back. we signed a 6 month lease only 2 or 3 weeks ago so legally we can stay until august. but they mentioned compensating us if we leave early and we have to find a new place in 5 months anyway so may as well take whatever we can get from the dude and find somewhere asap.

was sorta thinking of moving out of this place anyway, this made the decision a whole lot easier. gonna just pay the extra 20-50 bucks more a week and get a standalone house or at least a townhouse with out own yard and shit

do they call them townhouses in america? im talking about like a block of 6 houses all attached to each other yet offer some advantages of a standalone home like a yard.
