I got like 28000 caps...I don't even know how I got that much but I have pretty high speech and barter skills so that helps. And I sell a most of the equipment/weapons that I find on people I kill.

i played it once, didnt figure it out and decided to say fuck it. maybe i need to go back and figure it out if theres lots of caps to be had. other than that i only played all the other casino games to get the achievements when i first got to the strip. going into the mountains right now to get the dog rex fixed

Im digging the game for sure. tons of quests to do..i got that wild ede robot as my wingman..keeps getting knocked out. just restored power to the grid got caps and rep with the legion i think

The amount of money you can win depends on who you play with. The guy inside the Dinosaur gift shop in Novac bets a lot of money in my experience.

you can get DLC shit from websites online so for those that are worried about missing out on content that gets released later, your good

the game is alright, but the story is shitty

fallout 3 and anything after so far has been pretty weak

i expected alot more

Fuck I got a glitch that won't allow me to progress any further into the main storyline. There are 2 pretty similar missions given by the NCR and Mr. House. I decided to do Mr. House's mission first. Then the NCR needs me to go talk to some ranger but when I try to talk to him he won't respond. So I basically can't go any further with the NCR. Oh well I guess I'll load a previous save and see what I can do for Caesar. But this glitch better get fixed soon.

A word of warning to all before you do the final quest: you cannot go back to the regular game once you start it and you'll be stuck in one area. So make a different save file so that you can do other sidequests and keep exploring.

So its like fallout three? thanks, whats the quest name?i cant find it in my walkthrough

Yeah but if I remember correctly in Fallout 3 you get to that purification chamber in the Jefferson Memorial but you can still leave and go do other stuff. In New Vegas you're stuck in the last place and can't leave. And the quest name depends on who you're working for (NCR, House, Yes Man, or Caesar). So I can't really say cuz it all depends.
