Don't think so, there's artwork floating around that's unofficial and so is the tracklist. Actually, the version in the download marked as screwed is the real version of the album, that's how it was released and someone unscrewed it on a computer which makes the "regular" one a little faster than it should be. Most screw shop mixtapes have the same cover just with the title changed though, so I doubt a cover exists.
