I recently was up in san jose this past weekend. went to rasputins and picked up some cd's. i found the best of bay mixtpae 2004 by demolition men. no yuk on there. i listen to the radio, no yuk. went to the ambassadors lounge they palyed no yuk. and i feel that on this board at times, yuk gets no respect...
I ain't a dick rider but i give props when props is due, yuk is a beast on the mic. so whats the story. since you cats are from the bay, what are your thoughts on yukmouth.

first of all Yuk hasnt dropped anything other then mixtapes in the last 2 years. Second, I think a lot of people are just real fed up with his beefin with everyone and their momma. but I'm sure when his new album drops people will be all over here talking about him again

i think he was 10x sicker back in the day, his style was a lot more intelligent. now he just shouts random crap about killing people and sellin drugs. i really aint feelin him no more, and yea that beef shit is annoying as fuck too. hella pointless

i read that yukmouth never starts the shit people come after him because hes the king of the underground. so if hes dissing game spider loc and them its cause hes defending himself. i feel that its cool that hes reppin the bay and holdin it down.

Yuck is tight but he needs to change it up a little like MD did and do some difforent style beats that can cross over into the clubs. He is talented enough to make it happend he aint got to get all commercial but shit like S.T.U.P.I.D you can still bleed the game in a get the body moving track! not on all his track but at least a few need to cut the gangster down a little and focus on the beat,hook & nice delivery!

Yuk got my vote, but I understand some of the hate. It's sad he let them G-Unit niggas get under his skin. I can't waste countless hours making music about niggas that could care less about me. 50 ain't gone help him blow up by responding(rememeber the Jayo Felony disses to Jay-Z?) to him. Yuk is nice, he just lost focus when 50 sent Game after him. If you notice, 50 is only signing rejects that will follow his lead. Example: Banks- Lil homie who couldn't leave the house but could spit.
Buck- Juve left him in California... Why?
Game- Why he stop fucking with "Get Low"
Spider Loc- Didn't he get dropped from Death Row?

Yuk let this nigga play em, becuase nobody in the east coast has "All out War" 1 or 2. Yuk should just let it play out, oh yeah and leave them Frontline niggas alone and bring back Cali the way it's suppose to be. He slippin lettin, David Banner & Jim Jones come look for San Quinn. Smoke-A-Lot should be the next Death Row... since 40 didn't do it with Sick-Wid-it. But I think Thizz Ent. is next up. We'll see.

what ez roo is tryin to say is the formula that everybody should do...a knockin ass beat, commerical hook with grimy lyrics, it works...

i really don't think yuk has ghostwriters! that is the biggest nonsense i have heard. there are numerous dvds that show yuk in the studio writing lyrics. and i know a couple of artists on here that verify this
