I haven heard n e of Rebel XD's music(except his fastest rap) but i guess he busy with the world record stuff.
The only point i would see out of it is he could go the fastest still comprehendable speed and switch it up slow and fast.

He did. This vid is an interpretation of someone's idea of the fastest rappers, hence ALL OF BONE being on there. I'm sure there are better ones, but I liked most of what I heard, and agreed to an extent.
