Do you really need to pay that $, when you can go to the court house & ask to see a judge about getting your record expunged? I don't know all of the process, but I know you can do it like that.

this prolly wont work for dui /dmv shit either i got a dui in 2000 lol

I had a three charges. Laid low for 6 years and the statute of limitations expired. Scott free now.
shitty thing is the arrest stays on the record forever.. and some places wont even hire you if you got an arrest even with no convictions. Its fucking bullshit.

I used to do expungements years ago for the county. People joining the police force have them done all the time. That's why I trip off the police, a lot of them have records they just went through the system. You have to be off of probation and if I remember correctly it has to be five years. When I used to prepare the paperwork for the judges they would deny them if it wasn't for employment. If a person wrote because I don't want a record on their application it was automatically denied. It takes away the conviction so an employer cannot hold that against you in "theory". DUI's get expunged all day if I remember correctly. Do not hire a lawyer to expunge it's a waste of money!
