it's not rare but you can get up to $50 for it on ebay. Whenever half.com sells out of a cd that's out of print the value goes up atleast on the net cuz that's where everyone looks first. It used to be on half for $5 sealed about 2 years ago.
I sold one on ebay about 2 months ago for $36, so it is worth at least the $2.50 to pick it up at the store you saw it at. Grumpy was right though. I saw it for $10 or less forever, and all of a sudden, it was worth money.
