dude got a ight voice for white dude

but that beat is not the business

u could put those vocals on a diff beat and it be coo
I feel you. At the end of the day, it's dudes choice to use it or not. I did his entire record (1 song Abbico and I did together), and this track is definitely different than the rest of the album.

I don't hate it (bias), but I definitely understand where all you folks are coming from.

Very true. Like I said, some folks love it. I produced it and I don't even LOVE IT, but I don't hate it either. I appreciate the feedback brudda. I will be in the lab today, maybe I can come up with a new beat to pitch to him.

i heard it low on volume but it seems too empty..too much open space for room..either the piano seems to salsa or the maracas seem to sandy..cant put a finger on it...needs more

BOMBOMBOMBOM like the paisas got in they family van when they smash down the street on 13" wheels sticking out with lil pablo in the baby seat proply tone deaf now

after another listen it seems empty, yet has too much going on..if that makes any sense

Yes, makes perfect sense...my brother said the same exact thing. There is too much percussion and not enough instruments in the verses. I do plan on fixing the maracas when I mix down the song (the shit kinda reminds me of bare feet dragging on the sidewalk).

The problem with rap is anyone with a computer, a microphone, and a empty shower can "TRY" to make music. Just because you can "RECORD" music doesn't mean you should.

Who records in showers these days, really?

And for the record, I can make shit sound as good, if not better, than many full blown studios out here.

Just because somebody works in a "professional" studio doesn't mean they know what they're doing. I've seen dudes in RESPECTED and well-known spots not know how to copy and paste a hook on time. I've also been in booths where I repeatedly clipped because the engineers didn't know how to check and fix levels. And that's just the beginning....

Everybody seems to think that cats don't have the ability to do shit if they don't work in a "pro environment". It's like my boy can build more reliable laptops than I've seen from major corporations, and he does it at home.
