I mean there was shit on the sides of my ass and all up in the top part of my asscrack. I even had to wet the TP afterwards to remove the slight brown tinges after the initial wipe up. Maybe it was all the chili I ate last night. I swear it looked the same coming out as it did going in.

Several things can cause hemroids, but the biggest culprit is constipation. Straining to pass hard stools or dookie, as we like to say in the medical field, puts too much pressure on the rectum and makes the veins swell.

Basically, anything that causes strain or trauma to the anal canal can cause hemroids – including penises and other foregn objects, no homo.
