What in the hell is going on out here in the westcoast? It seems like everyone now is wearing New York, Harlem, or Philadelphia gear. You live in the fuckin' west coast. Why not rep your own side of the continent? It's no wonder there are no west coast artists getting any airplay. The east coast runs it's own side and ours. You don't see people in New York rockin' Los Angeles jersies. They're all just laughing at us.

If you don't believe me, here's an example. I was at the E-40 show this past Sunday. This wack ass group from I think West Covina gets on stage. They are rapping and the leader shouts something like "This ain't no 50 Cent. Fuck him. This is west coast." Then I notice one of his fellow rappers is wearing a Harlem shirt, another one is wearing a North Carolina shirt, and a third one is wearing a Bullets jersey (I don't know where the Bullets are from). Is that the true way to represent the west coast?

That's because those jerseys are popular. Personally, I only wear West Coast jerseys, but that's just me. By the way...the Bullets are from Washington which can be considered the West. I'ma actually get that jersey. It's the throwbacc MJ jersey.

just cuz they had on jerseys doesn't mean anything. People have been sportin jerseys here since back in the day. Now if they were wearing rocawear or sean john with their matching air force 1s then that's different.

i see this shit all the time, most frequently at my schoo....i see kids wearing fuccin new york hats, and kniccs jerseys and shit, and yankees jerseys, only cuz its a fuccin fad...then when i pass flyers out, they dont want em and shit cuz its not new york. pisses me off more than anything.

I know that. Personally, I own some football jersies of east coast teams like the Patriots. But if I was on stage yelling "This is the westcoast. Fuck 50 Cent!" I sure as hell would not be wearing a New York or any other east coast jersey. It just wouldn't make any sense. And hell yeah, everyone has a New York Yankees hat, and in all different colors.

i say wear what eva the fuck u want, fab is from the east coast, he just rocks jerseys, just like everyone else, its just a jersey its clothes, they know where there from and rep it, perfect example, mitchy is from SD and reps it to the fullest, but in the source strait had a green phillies jersey and hat on, so it really dont matter what team it is, i honestly think your makin a big deal out of pretty much nothing, its not really a subject to dwell on..lol..and music is preference who says that cause u live on the west u should dress a certain way and listen to only a certain music?..pretty ignorant if i say so.
