there shit is tight, Im really likin Cage's shit, his lyrics are insane man, the new Leak Brothers(cage and tame one) is SICK! Mr. Eon and Dj Mighty Mi are tight, Yak Ballz has some skill too. EC is a pretty solid label.
As for Psychological/Uncle Howie, Im feelin the New Ill Bill album, Sabac and Mr. Hyde recently released albums, havent copped those, but next week man, Gortex releases the Art of Dying, fo sho picking that up, Gortex has some sick flows. Necro's new album drops on sept. 21st also.

damn...i'm trying to talk shit or hate on your opinion but el-p is garbage...he gets annoying to me cause he goes like 10 lines without rhyming a damn thing...his beats can be alright but overall they are too busy,seems like he tries to have too many things going on at once...anyway,just had to vent a little,was just surprised that he was up that high...did you actually like fantastic damage? just curious,cause i literally threw that album away

I agree El-P is sick, his beats and lyrics are hella crazy and they blend in a psychotic way, and if you listen to the lyrics, he's talking about some real shit. Fantastic Damage is a dope album.
The album I threw away tho was the Weatherman Mixtape!?! What the fuck was that shit? Un-original beats, and over some commerical ass tracks too like missy and luda. Yak Ballz couple of tracks off that were good. But that CD was awful!
And how the HELL? can Eligh of the Living Legends get left off the white boy list? He has some sick flows and his production is incredible! Also a lot of people dont like Smoov-E but I think he is in the top 10-15 at least.
Oh yeah and the song with High and Mighty/Mos Def/Mad Skillz is called B-Boy Document from 99. Its on High and Mighty's debut album along with Soundbombing 2 compiltion.

Eligh-one of the best rapper/producers out there,doesnt get enough credit in my mind (poltergeist)
The Grouch-also raps and produces and does both well(fuck the dumb and crusader for justice)
Savage C-laid back flow with hilarious lyrics,master os similies(smokey the bandit)
Sage Francis-great lyrics,and lyrical content (personal journals)
Aesop Rock-dope voice,nobody else sounds like him...pretty good producer too(labor days)
Eyedea-one of the best battle rap/freestylers,nice fast rapping style(many faces of oliver hart)
Ill Bill-well rounded,can go from sick to political (whats wrong with bill?)

2. Slug (God Loves Ugly)- Ill flow and can make some of the craziest rhyme patterns (Lend me a piece of your superiority, I feel alone on this mission Im wishin there were more of me, a pair of me, apparently Im a parasite, caught inside a paradox of paradise, a parody) so fuckin ILL!
3. Brother Ali (Champion)- Flow & voice are great
4. Eyedea (Many faces...) same as Brother Ali, incredible freestyler/ battler
5. Cage (WeatherReport, Movies for the Blind)- Crazy style, kind of a lyrical version of Necro. (Siccfucc if u havent heard Agent Orange u got to check that out, thats one of my fav songs)
