Xpander HDTV Player

Has anyone tried or heard about the Xpander HDTV Player. Apparently you just load this disc on your PS2, and you can choose play the game in different resolutions, like 1080i. It somehow can double the amount of lines in the game, without disrupting, distorting, or slowing down the game, and look just like High Definition. I just don't know if its shit, or if it actually does do a good job

i doubt it....depends on the tv not some disc.
