Not all games are supported.
You can download the latest update simply by connecting to Xbox Live.
It does it automatically for you.

I heard that you can download the drivers (they're actually emulators) some where from M$'s website and then burn them to a disk.
You're gonna have to check out Xbox.com for that.

If you've tried either method and the game still doesn't work, then it's not supported. M$ has a list some where in their website that lists which games are supported.
