xbox is kicking ass right now with the cross-platform games but i thinks its because most developers have made the game for 360 and just ported it to the ps3.

I really don't think weve seen the true power of the PS3, I heard over a year ago this is how it would be to start off.

Call Of Duty 3: PS3

Madden 07: XBOX 360

Marvel Ultimate Alliance: XBOX 360 by far

NBA 2k7: XBOX 360

FN3: TIE

TH Project 8: Can't really tell

Tiger Woods: PS3

Overall it seems to me like the XBOX 360 is better but when the PS3 is better its better by far.

how can you compare 2nd wave of games to the PS3's 1st wave. cmon just wait a year and ps3 will no doubt pass the ability of the 360

I hear FN3 graphics lag out (framerates drop badly) on PS3... as a matter of fact people have been complaining about bad framerates across many games on PS3. As framerates are part of graphics, that would sway the "Tie"
