Hey Filthy I could have sworn Lynch (I think it was Lynch) mentioned X could be on parole very soon, I cannot remember exactly how long but it was not 3 years, is that true?
I thought i was announced like 5 years ago that the REAL person who pulled the trigger turned himself in or some shit and X was supposedly going to be released. Was that just a bunch of rumor bullshit?

@ hornboy - here's what Raided said in his last interview

@IPIM - there was definitely a lot of confusion about that. It's like this: Lil Venom was one of the guys who was charged for the murder along with X and about 5 years ago he appealed and won. It wasn't a confession as many of us thought but he became a free man. Of course, after he got out we all assumed X would do the same thing but X's situation is more complicated than Venom's. The court/police would fight harder to keep X down as his case is still one of the most publicized ever in Sacramento. The testimony of the 15 year old who left out half of the participants, the lyrics used in the trial, the DA's child porn induced resignation, etc. X knows that they'll do their best to make sure these things don't come to light, proving that the original trial was a mockery.

At this point X is focused on making music and running his company. His parole date is coming up fast and we have enough music in store to keep him active until then.
ON ANOTHER NOTE, THE HOMIE LIL VENOM IS FIGHTING A CASE THAT IS LOOKING LIKE ITS GONNA WASH HIM.......WE KEEP PRAYING FOR HIM BUT SHIT IS LOOKING UGLY.....CUZZ WAS DOING SOME GOOD WORK WITH US AT C-WAY SETTING UP SHOWS AND NETWORKING WITH VARIOUS RADIO STATIONS.....THE SITUATION IS FUCCED UP....
