I'm just starting on designing my 1st web site. I could have used templates but I wanted to make the pages in Photo Shop. Hit me with critique on the style of the site.. If it works or doesn't work. I used Dreamweaver CS4 and I plan on adding Adobe After Effects CS4files to the pages. Only three links are active at the moment on the 4 pages.

Your website speaks volumes about you, so its important to not slack/half ass that if u wanna be taken serious.

Ok what web sites to visit for a good example of how it should look? It's easy to adjust. Lol and who said I would be rapping about the Pope if you came to see me? That was just a post with lyrics not a actual song, calm down son. Would the load time be quicker if it was html as opposed to a whole jpeg image?

Yes, definitely would be quicker.
The template is a html document with a jpg insert. How else can I insert an image? Unless I use a direct link (if that works) but you can't edit the pic with roll overs and things. I guess all the buttons would have to be off the image and on the html page.

To be honest, I haven't fully understood you. Images are good and needful where they do belong. But it is not good have your text parts as an image. Let's take your webpage as an example and define what should be an image:
- uglynigga.com logo in the upper part
- ugly nigga face left to "Future Pimpin" text
- flyer photos below

Basically nothing else. And yes, you're right, all the buttons, texts, headers etc. should be off the image and on the html page.
