I don't think Desert Eagle was a bootleg, but I think it was songs that were left over from making Enemy of the State. I don't know for a fact, but some of those sames songs that were on Desert Eagle were released on the West Side Rydas album. So I don't know who bootlegged or stole tracks from who, but those tracks showed up on both albums.
