well, i definately like his older stuff and lynch by inch wasnt a bad album , it was a coo lil album. I have a feeling his new shit is probably bangin though. All i think he really needs is better production. Phonk beta, in my opinion really aint makin beats that dump. I like lynch when he does his own production and the beat on his new website is tight as hell, so thats why im thinkin his production has improved. we could only wait and see what lynch has in his kitchen.

Right now, I prefer the older shit (although I also dig LBI) but then again, there's more OF the older shit: three older solo CDs (24 DEEP, SOTS, LOADED) versus only one really new solo CD (LBI). When more newer solo shit comes out from Lynch (DINNER & A MOVIE, SPYDERMAN, whatever else), it'll be easier to make comparisons, because there'll be more to choose from in the "newer shit" category to compare to the older CDs.

depends. honestly i liked lynch by inch just as much as i liked Season of the Siccness.... 24 deep and loaded weren't that great. EBK4 was the best which i guess is considered mid-career.... If he made songs like Catch you, Raw meat, Blood on da Rug, Xcaliba, and every single bitch he'd be on top in a second.
basically.......we all know lynch has it in em to rip up a mic (or at least hope he still has it in em).....the question is wether he can put down the bud ices and the chronic for a second, and really get his shit together to make a fuckin awesome album........i really think he could if he gave it his all, i just wonder about his motivation sometimes.
couldn't hav said it any better. and i don't even think lbi's beats were bad. i jus think lynch could do alot better, beatwise. loaded was my favorite lynch album, not lyrically but production wise cuz he put SO much into tha production. hav u listened to tha album wit sum headphones, hella high? mayne! that shits like a movie. lbi's lyrics was on point, he upped his level up lyrically. fold.
Lynch will always be a tight ass rapper no doubt but I think his production is shakey on Lynch By Inch but I do understand he is trying to keep it fresh and grow with the changing times but alot of the production on LBI has no rythym to it and sounds like a bunch of random sounds. I guess its suppose to be edgy and new wave but it sounds bland and empty. On Loaded his beats was sick cuz you could bob ya head and smash to it. LBI sounds like some psycodellic induced nightmare.
