WTF happened to EVE's latest cd???

that was a horrible single...for the most part, i don't listen to mainstream rap (outside of Bone Thugs & Lupe Fiasco), but i can still tell when a song is good or bad, by mainsteam standards. you could put all the money you want behind it, & show that video a million times a day on BET & MTV--- doesn't matter, it wasn't going anywhere.
eve isn't too marketable IMO anyway...what guy would buy her cd??? she has a very limited audience, @ this point.

EVE is a platinum plus selling artist. It has to be industry politics. Some of yall responses amaze me though. The album had to suck??? UGK album got pushed back several times and it's the sh*t! LIL FLIP's last cd got pushed backed several times and bootlegged after he left the label and it's a tight cd. I could name a gang of artists whose cds are ALWAYS getting pushed back such as THE WHOLE RAPALOT FAMILY but nearly every cd that drops gets good reviews and consistent rotation.
