Do a 50/50 mix of the powders in the can, then stick the strip of magnesium deep into the can with enough hanging outside the can to safely light it. Place the can on the subjects forehead when they are sleeping or incapacitated, then light the magnesium strip. You'll then see their brains be melted through their mattress and a stream of bright magnum-like material stream from the can to the floor.
