.. something other than love..?

Example: Someone would pay you $5000 up front to marry them for citizenship and pay you $500/mo. for the two years you would need to stay married to them. Living together in a roomate situation.

Example: A good friend for tax purposes. Living apart.

Example: Someone in the military if they covered your health expenses on their insurance and paid you out $500/mo.- Living apart.

.. would any of you marry for financial reasons..?

IF YOU ARE A BOTTEM FEEDER, YOU SHOULDNT MARRY ANYONE FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN LOVE 4 BETTER OR WORSE. MONEY COMES AND GOES AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU ONLY HAVE YOUR SELF TO LIVE WITH, AND NOT TO MENTION THE THE CHUMP CHANGE YOU TALKIN ABOUT.

The reason I ask the question.. is because this discussion came up at work yesterday... I run a large team ( I think I have 17 now.. maybe 15... anyway) within my team they have done these things... the exact scenarios listed above..

I've been asked to marry someone for citizenship papers and was like.. ummm no, never thought twice about my decision.. and I've been asked a couple times (my cousin is a Marine) about the military situation and have thought about it... but nah.. it goes against my personal belief system... so I was curious about what y'all would say.....

Fuck marriage
Yup, that's about right. There's really no more an outdated, useless institution than marriage. It's around today pretty much to appease womans' fairy tale notions. You need the state's approval to validate your "love"? Sounds like insecurity knocking at your door.

And no, I wouldn't marry at the offer of money. An offer like that would come from a scamster from a third world country. Doing business with conmen :: Having sex with AIDS patients.

I'd do it for citizenship, for free likely if I knew and cared about the person, for $$$ if I didnt. It’s just a piece of paper, like someone said.

I’ve never been a fan of marriage, I don’t think its necessary in today’s society (it was created so man could own woman), but obviously there are some benefits and if theirs a mutual agreement that can help someone out, then do it.

but this was asked of me,...just two things bothered me tho,..

1. i was asked by a procacuting atturney's doughter ,...see they was trying to get he out of the contry cause the drug lord's was trying to kill they family members to make them shut up about the cases they had on them,...in boliva she was kinda cute too
(i did not like the thought of waking up and thinking,...does someone with a lot of money want her dead,...would miss and hit me?,....or just casue i was around,...hit me anyway,...as my mom told me as a kid,.."son,.....fuck the dumb")

2.she wanted to live in two diff city's
(ok,...this is like telling a kid,..."ok,...hay we gonna make a lot of money robing this bank,...heres what we gonna do,...i'm in the get away car your gonna go in there with no mask on and your finger pointing in your jacket pocket,..tell them to give you all the money in the bank or everyones gonna die,...this is gonna take 8 mins to do,...but i'ma leave in 5,....let's go make this money,...come on!!!!!")

i'm sure i.n.s. looks for chit like this ,..they are not dumb,...they got text books on how the game is played,....so i said no,...but just to get out of the messed up relationship that i was in ,....i was allmost willing,...man,...the things a unhappy woman can make you do,...to get away from her,....

Well, for one, adultery in a military marriage will land you both before a tribunal.

For two, marriage for naturalization will land her on a boat and you in front of a federal judge. You think she won't snitch if she goes down?

I'd do it... I mean, seriously... marriage isn't anything sacred anymore. The original vow of rights is only as solid as the community in which it's witnessed. Isn't it more than 50% of Marriages lead to divorce anyway?

I'd love somebody for $5,000 and $500 a month for two years. I'd love them long time.

As long as she wasnt expecting me to act married or really even talk to her much...Hell yes. The female would also have to cook and clean whenever I want for free and sign a very detailed pre nup but yeah.
