They both are rich, non-white, tall and stand out in a crowd, have connections, have transportation......

The only differnce i see is the location. OSAMA is in the middle of nowhere able to dip in and out of many areas with people able to keep secrets. KOBE is in the middle of a nation of celebrity fanatic nosey people where if they see you every one else is sure to know your around.
