aight every1 knows u gotta do some type of workout 2 keep in shape so u can attract some pussy n feel confident at fights. i thought it b tight if every1 just posted wut they do (reps, typa workout/ etc. )
i usually do 6 sets of 10-20 curls, push ups, then dumbbells, some bench press n 20 mins run around a block .
next day/night i do my back n shoulders(dunno wtf they called), sit ups, n forearms n run again
