aight every1 knows u gotta do some type of workout 2 keep in shape so u can attract some pussy n feel confident at fights. i thought it b tight if every1 just posted wut they do (reps, typa workout/ etc. )

i usually do 6 sets of 10-20 curls, push ups, then dumbbells, some bench press n 20 mins run around a block .

next day/night i do my back n shoulders(dunno wtf they called), sit ups, n forearms n run again

post ur shit up, might help me n some fools out

watch out for some of those neck and back work outs never do anything behind your head. my dad was a big body builder and he fucked up his back that way and his shoulders so now hes goin through constant surgurys

White meat, chicken, etc. Fish is a good source of vitamins.

Vegetables of any kind, AS MUCH as you can handle.

Fruit is overhyped - it doesn't have as much of a good effect as people once thought.

Try not to eat too much bread/pasta - that shit goes to fat quickly if you don't burn it off.

^^^^ EXACTLY ...... AND TRY TO EAT LIGHTLY , SMALL MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY INSTEAD OF JUST ONE OR TWO HUGE ONES. BEEF , CHICKEN , TURKEY , AND FISH ARE AN EXCELENT SOURCE OF GENUINE PROTEIN. KEEP DOIN STOMACH EXERCISES W/ THAT COMBINATION OF FOOD/MEALS AND THERE YOU GO ........ SOME CUT ASS ABS.

i got on the atkinz diet in october an lost 50 lbs. i used to weigh 255 and i went to 205 in like 3 months now i weigh 240 lbs. i got pissed off cuzz i worked hard 4 nuthin, but damn i missed mc d's and carls jr.

DAMN BRO, DO WHAT I DID.... I WAS INTO RUNNIN N SHIT, I USED TO RUN A MILE IN 5:22 N THEN I GOT WIT THIS ONE HYNA (WHO WAS BIGGER THAN ME) AND I STOPPED EATING HEALTHY N RUNNING.... I USED TO B FIT, THERE PROLLY WASNT TOO MUCH FAT ON MY BODY, BUT IN A YEAR, I HAVE GAINED LIKE 50 OR MORE POUNDS.... I USED TO BE HEEEEEELLA SKINNY.... BUT IM SHORT LOL.... I THINK IMA TURN ALL THIS EXTRA MEAT INTO SOME MUSCLE.... I HAVE NOTICE MORE BEEZIES LIKE ME MORE CUZ I GAINED WEIGHT LOL....
