Not if they keep you classified as pt. But if you put in 40+ more than 2 or 3 weeks str8 I would bring it up to HR and they will either re-class you to be FT with whatever FT benefits are available, or they will keep you PT and cut your hours back to what they were.
So it's a double edged sowrd really. You can speak up but then they will more than likely cut your hours back and you lose the hours you had been getting, or you can maybe be moved to FT but then you HAVE TO WORK 40+ hours or risk being moved back down if you don't.
