my brother is a convicted felon and is working.he's a hard worker at that so i would'nt say he aint shit!

but

he lied on his application for the job he is at right now two years ago he was still on parole and his parole officer called his job and thats how his boss found out my brother been to prison.

his boss did'nt care though.

he's had about 3 or 4 raises for the years he put into that job.

my brother also got his homie a job when he got out the pen working with him.

so the owners of that place don't care.

i remember when i was working there this dude got in sum trouble and had to stay in the county for a while and the boss even took him to court.

i'm not sure if he's back working there at the momment but i would'nt be surprised.

as far as getting a better job i think my brother feels limitted because of his past conviction.

i mean you can't just walk into any job you want when you've been convicted of a crime especially for a high risk felony.

true true - what about misdemeanor crime? Out here in PA they even check you for misdemeanors and discriminate on that - but in NJ misdemeanors aren't considered crimes, and heresy told me out there in CA they don't give a damn about misdemeanors at all, is that true?
